Digital downloads

14-day, no-questions refund. Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

Strategy Call

You get a full refund if your call hasn't taken place yet. If something went wrong during the call, such as a dropped connection, we'll redo it at no cost.

How to ask

Email abuz8studios@gmail.com from the address you paid with, or include your Stripe receipt number. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
